(1) Satisfaction guaranteed: If you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange. No refunds will be made after 30 days. Items must be in new condition, in original packing and box. The Item must be in resalable condition. Shipping charges are non refundable. If you would like to return something, please contact me for instruction and return address. Claims for receipt of defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. At no time will we accept a return of used merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Blank Guns have a 30-day Factory warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is not valid if damage is due to user’s abuse, misuse, and alteration, dismantle or modification of the gun or magazine, including but not limited to use of improper Blanks MM and size. Additionally, any physical damage, water, dust and/or incorrect lubricates which damage the product will also void the warranty.

(2) Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express credit cards and Paypal are accepted. If you are paying with American Express, please use Paypal at check out. Credit card statement may read KM Online. Personal Checks take 7 - 10 days to clear. If you return something and you want a cash refund or charges put back on your credit card, there may be a 20% restocking fee. Any "refused" shipment will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.

(3) Damages: If damage occurs during shipping, please call us immediately so that we can file a damage claim with U.P.S. Credit will not be issued unless you notify us within 3 (three) days of receiving the shipment. Please note that you will need to save the box and packing materials for U.P.S. to inspect. U.P.S. insurance is void otherwise. We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise not in its original packaging.

(4) Shipping: Most Orders Ship within 24 Hours. Some order may take 2 - 3 Business Days. Orders may ship from more than one warehouse.

Persons in New Jersey need a permit for any air gun, and we can only ship to a willing FFL gun dealer for pickup. Michigan residents- .177 cal air rifles and smooth bore (bb only) air pistols are allowed. All other airguns are restricted and we cannot ship them to your area.
