Overview
M1911 .45 Caliber Automatic Replica Pistol - Nickel Finish
The M1911 is a single-action, semiautomatic handgun chambered for the .45 ACP cartridge. It was designed by John Browning, and was the standard-issue sidearm for the United States Armed Forces from 1911 to 1985. It was widely used in World War I, World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. This is a non-firing replica gun.

This nickel plated version of the M1911 is great. I have been collecting these replicas since the 70's and this one is the best that I have seen. Some of the other Japanese replicas look good too, but I feel that Denix replicates the colt M1911 best. I love the weight and the nickel is stunning on this gun.
